<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I love doing these posts, because I am constantly trying products it lets me reflect on some forgotten products I've tried in the past. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Loreal True Match Lumi Cushion & YSL Alll in One BB Creme - I've tried so many different foundations since May 2016. Right now I'm using the Dermablend Camo which I mention in my <a href="https://4487582150145330627_639e94acd604c01a1153e5f3f4cffe4f836ef5b5.blogspot.com/b/post-preview?token=Absn-2IBAAA.qi1VM9c3kV064ucaMhQb7kmuC0b_nrNNudAjKKQhBOQDyC1g9-lQb0TTOksf9ncZK75pYKJLIYWmK2TyK0Izng.pkmuOhYtQUq17r0O37It9g&postId=8701292758581798848&type=POST" target="_blank">April 2018 Favorites</a>, you can check out that post for details. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Caudalie Beauty Elixir - I still sometimes add this into my routine but as I mentioned in my 2016 post this is a product I go back and forther on. Right now I'm not using it but I am using the Max Fix+, I also carry a baby Fix+ in my purse in case I need to touch up on the go. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Diorshow Iconic Overcurl - I still love this mascara but I feel like I've been trying more drugstore mascara than highend. Mascara is something you use up so quickly....and even if you don't you should be replacing it every six months because of the bacteria that builds up. Right now I've been using the Covergirl Lashblast Volume. I love how thick and full this makes my lashes look plus it's cheap. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Z Palette & Makeup Geek Eyeshadows - I still love Makeup Geek - the only difference is my collection has REALLY grown since 2016. I now have a dedicated palette for my contour/blush from Makeup Geek, currently I have Breakup, Spell Bound and (of course) Bliss...but not the same one. For eyeshadows I have a XL palette and a smaller palette. I tend to routine my eyeshadows depending on the look I'm going for. I have expanded my color selection so I can mix and match on a daily basis. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Infusium 23 Repair & Renew Heat Tamer - I find that since I've been looking after my hair it's not as damaged as it once was in 2016. I've moved on from the Infusium which I found to be very intense treatment. Now I use the Joico Daily Care Leave in Detangler follow by my OGX heat protecting products which I mention in my <a href="http://www.mspamblam.com/2018/04/march-2018-favorites.html" target="_blank">March 2018 Favorites</a>, you can check out that post for more details.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
BaByliss Pro Rapido - This is still my hairdryer, I haven't tried anything new because this hair dryer is AMAZING! </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">

<br />
I haven't been happy with my old foundation routine so in April I changed everything! I found my last foundation color wasn't matching me right, there was dry patches clinging and peeling during the day, my pores seemed to be enlarged...it just looked overall gross. So I decided to start from scratch - these are my April favorites and my new foundation routine.<br />
<br />
Pixi Rose Flash Balm - This was a very interesting product because it has multiple purposes. It claims to be a 3-1 moisturizer+primer+mask. I've been using it as a primer and it is VERY hydrating. My skin has been so dry and gross which has been affecting how my makeup looks. This has been wonderful in hydrating my skin and preping my face for makeup. LOVE LOVE LOVE<br />
<br />
NYX Pore Filler - Normally enlarged pores aren't an issue I struggle with. But for whatever reason my skin has decided to go crazy this last month and my pores around my nose has been an issue. My makeup doesn't sit right during the day and just looks blah. I use this filler in around my nose area and it just blurs all those imperfections you don't want seeping through. Works great with the Pixi Rose Flash Balm.<br />
<br />
Dermablend Smooth Liquid Camo Medium Coverage Foundation - I haven't changed my foundation in a while so I didn't know where to start. I did a ton of research and came across this Dermablend foundation. I find that with my dry & pale skin it's hard to track down a foundation that truly works for me. I constantly struggle with color matching or the foundation being too matte or being too dry or moving around. This is a no fuss foundation. I put it on in the morning and I don't have to touch my face throughout the day.....yet it doesn't dry out my skin or cling to dry patches. It works amazing with the two primers I've been using and the color matches me! I use the lightest shade Linen 0C. This covers all my imperfections and uneven skin tone yet it's very skin like and still lets my freckles show through. It has an in between look of makeup and skin that I find very flattering.<br />
<br />
Overall I have been extremely happy with this new trio foundation routine.<br />
<br />

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
My last update about Bear & Diesel seems like a long time ago! I posted <a href="http://www.mspamblam.com/2017/12/living-with-two-dogs-lifestyle-update.html" target="_blank">Living With Two Dogs</a> about mid December...so much has happened since then. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Bear and Diesel both went in for surgery two days after Christmas - they are now spayed and neutered...Merry Christmas! It was a tough time healing for both dogs. We had to keep them quite and of course they both just wanted to run around and play. We also couldn't walk them for about 2 weeks which they are didn't like. Both dogs healed up nicely and they are back to their old rambunctious ways.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Diesel has grown SOOOO much since my last update. I keep looking back at old pictures and miss those times we had with her were she was so tiny. She's now 10 months and about 50lbs. She's still shorter than Bear and I'm not sure how much more she's going to grow but she'll definitely fill out more - she's still very skinny. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Bear has also surprised us and did another growth spurt after getting neutered. He's now close to 80lbs and I noticed that he's taller than our coffee table!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Both dogs are still in training, they are doing really well at loose leash walking together but of course some days they are more cooperative than others. We've had a little bit of off leash training with them and they have done amazing! I'm a little nervous to take them back to the off leash...Bear has become very overprotective of Diesel...so our training was just done in a big open field. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Diesel attended some puppy social classes. We found that because she didn't get to go to the off leash much like Bear did when he was younger she wasn't very well socialized around dogs. We did puppy social for about 3 months straight and she is much better around dogs. We frequent pet stores with both of them so they can be around other dogs on leash - also we find pet stores a great place to do some training with some distractions. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
We are really looking forward to having an awesome summer with these two - last year we couldn't enjoy our summer because of Bear's leg injury. If you don't know what I'm referring to you can check out <a href="http://www.mspamblam.com/2017/07/bears-1-year-update-dealing-with.html" target="_blank">Bear's 1 Year Update</a> where I talk about his accident and was diagnosed with chronic lameness.</div>

<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiOPxUbEF5t6OR3KERb4Fsgf6IZvBNjlR2jRCjIhBoL3obpJ8dFntrbbYeQZkfTYhH7Upv_YPgYFcE5vUeax50A7UNgR4dlqlU45uQWZ5YaKA7fZvr6jaLAq_Txq4rh2oT1g4_JXsIgSLc/s1600/IMG_7093.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1200" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiOPxUbEF5t6OR3KERb4Fsgf6IZvBNjlR2jRCjIhBoL3obpJ8dFntrbbYeQZkfTYhH7Upv_YPgYFcE5vUeax50A7UNgR4dlqlU45uQWZ5YaKA7fZvr6jaLAq_Txq4rh2oT1g4_JXsIgSLc/s640/IMG_7093.JPG" width="480" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Life has been crazy busy - can you relate? Sometimes it's hard to find time to workout and stay active. Lately I haven't had the time to stick to a full time workout plan, so here are 5 ways I've been trying to stay active daily</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
1. Including the dogs - my dogs need exercise everyday too so why not include them! Bear has really enjoyed heading out for a run here and there. It's nice to mix up our walking routine with a run.....plus he's very tiered afterward which means I can get more work done around the house while he naps.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
2. Wear a step counter - I'm not a typical "fitbit" user...honestly I prefer Garmin products. I wear my Garmin step counter everyday, this helps motive me to try to aid for 8,000-10,000 steps per day. Sometimes when I'm on conference calls I will pace around my home office to get in a few more steps. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
3. Park far away - when I'm out and about running errands I park far away from the door. This way I have to walk a little bit more - plus my car doesn't get dinged as much because there's no one else parked around me.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
4. Workout during commercials - I feel like this is an oldie but a goodie. I've heard this says so much but it really works! Just even getting up and doing some squats, push ups, stretching .... just get moving during that 3min commercial break. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
5. Schedule - working from home I find I don't take as many breaks as I should - so I schedule them. If it's in my schedule I'm more likely to follow through. </div>

<br />
March has been a very busy month for myself and my family. It has been a month of very minimal makeup and just focusing on my skin care and self health. For all my skincare favorites make sure to check out my <a href="http://www.mspamblam.com/2018/01/updated-skin-care-routine-2018.html" target="_blank">updated skincare routine for 2018</a>.<br />
<br />
I have discovered a new brand for some amazing hair care products - well new to me. I've added a few products from OGX and they have been amazing. Their spray mousse gives me so much volume when blow drying and what I really like is it doesn't leave your hair feel dirty. I hate using volumizing products straight out of the shower that make your hair feel dirty...what was the point of showering!?! I like my hair to feel clean but still have tons of volume for styling. This has a great nozzle that I can spray the product directly in hair and then I can use my hands to really work the mousse in.<br />
<br />
The other two products from OGX are thermal protecting cream and spray. My favorite thermal spray is discounted (of course!) and is no longer available. I've been on the hunt for a new one and I love these. I alternate between the two, one is supposed to blow dry your hair faster and the other one is a thicker formula which I feels protects my hair better. It depends on how much time I have to style my hair. Both are great products and they are very similar.<br />
<br />
My Beauty Blender finally wore out and I went to purchase a new one...but at the last minute changed my mind and out the Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponges. I have used this sponge in the past and did really enjoy it - PLUS it's way cheaper and I found this 4 pack which was a great price! I have two sponges on the go, I like to use one for foundation and then a clean one for powdering. Now that I've switched back to this sponge I think I like it over the Beauty Blender. I think this sponge has a better shape and I like the flat edge when I'm trying to build up coverage.<br />
<br />
The few times I have used foundation this month I've been reaching for the LA Girl Pro Coverage foundation in white to lighten my foundation. Because I'm the whitest person on the planet I have a hard time find foundations that match me. Usually this means I wont buy a lot of really great foundations because of their color selecting. With a mixer you can adjust the color to fit your skin. I find this mixer doesn't really change the formula too much but I only use 1-2 pumps.<br />
<br />
I haven't changed my primer in a very long time. But I discovered the Smashbox Photo Finish Primerizer. This claims to be a primer + moisturizer which peaked my attention. I have very dry skin so anything that says moisturizing I have to try! It says this has hyaluronic acid and if you read my updated skincare blog post you would have seen that I use The Ordinary hyaluonic acid with my moisturizer and I've been loving the results. This is definitely a primer I would only recommend to dry skin - I think if you had combination or oily skin your foundation would slide off your face. This feels very hydrating and my foundation sits amazing over top. I wouldn't say it increases longevity of foundation so you will want to powder or use a foundation that's long lasting.<br />
<br />
Have you tried any of these products? I would love to hear your thoughts in the comments.<br />
Take care and thanks for vising!<br />

<br />
Here's to a New Year.<br />
<br />
2017 was difficult my me and my family. In the past year my husband and I have tried to overcome many obstacles within our personal life and with his own health struggles. Year after year it seems that our relationship is tested and with every overcoming test our relationship strengthens. While we've been so wrapped up in ourselves the year seemed to just fly by and I don't feel as though I accomplished a lot.<br />
<br />
It was a quiet year on my blog, as I post little bits and pieces of my own life on this blog I'm not going to start posting about other people or struggles between myself and my husband on here. My husband is an extremely private person and doesn't like to be present on a lot of social media platforms. He's been struggling this past two years with an injury that hasn't allowed him to go back to work and we've been fighting with the insurance company so he can get the best treatment possible.<br />
<br />
I've been saying a lot in 2017 "I don't have time for people who wish to bring negative energy to my life", I've been much more choosy about who I've been spending my time with. So here's a list of things I'm trying to give up this year so my family and I can be happier, to help shed the weight on our hearts and to have more peace going forward.<br />
<br />
1. Give up the need to impress others<br />
2. Give up complaining<br />
3. Give up the need to control the uncontrollable<br />
4. Give up the need to always be right<br />
5. Give up blaming others<br />
6. Give up excuses<br />
7. Give up negative attachments<br />
8. Give up toxic relationships<br />
9. Give up the saying "I'm too busy"<br />
10. Give up my fears<br />
<br />
I'm hoping for a year of lighter hearts, I wish to take more quality time to spend with my family, I want to smile, laugh and do more things that I love but continue to put off because "I'm too busy". It's time to take the focus off of the negative and put more energy into my family. It's time to slow down and enjoy all the positive things in life.<br />
<br />
Here's to all the good times ahead - HAPPY NEW YEAR!<br />

<br /></div>
This continues to be my post popular blog post of the year! Everyone seems to be very curious to see what my updated skincare routine is. I only post these sort of blog posts once a year, if you want to check out my <a href="http://www.mspamblam.com/2017/03/updated-skin-care-routine.html" target="_blank">Updated Skincare Routine</a> from last year for reference you will see A LOT of my skincare products have changed - a few goodies that have worked really well for me have stuck around.<br />
<br />
For reference I have extremely dry skin all year round.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh_lo74NIxdlHOxa8sKD4Xu7M1goO1UpUmwbyHvDz36iXGplGCGgXFCuBpy2-alzhMotKnoVB14o6ukGHTZP-6fZwOkhyphenhypheno7U51VCABi2oU32AMujZro1uyfsiQ1TtYnEkzUf-ypGHPb3GU/s1600/IMG_7006.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1200" data-original-width="1600" height="480" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh_lo74NIxdlHOxa8sKD4Xu7M1goO1UpUmwbyHvDz36iXGplGCGgXFCuBpy2-alzhMotKnoVB14o6ukGHTZP-6fZwOkhyphenhypheno7U51VCABi2oU32AMujZro1uyfsiQ1TtYnEkzUf-ypGHPb3GU/s640/IMG_7006.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
First thing in the morning I wash my face. I'm still using my Clarisonic plus but my face wash has changed. I found the last one stripped too much moisture from my face. In 2017 I discovered the dermalogica special cleansing gel. This has been great for cleansing my face but not leaving it with that dry stripped feeling.<br />
<br />
On days that I want to exfoliate my face I have been using the Tarte Frxxxtion Stick. It's great at removing any excess dry skin I might have. At most I will use this twice a week.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi0Ynm2O2b8QDgTDJ-HQsApw0T23Md4VyiuUxtHl4meN_FmQzdILlV0PrY4FmqS01pKs3RFDDtyil-WEX0SM_fzuTT5Dv_Lwhs4weQLIR3oS6IsytEmKQkDraTpUyBLaFUa1XQJOjx5Oaw/s1600/IMG_7007.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1200" data-original-width="1600" height="480" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi0Ynm2O2b8QDgTDJ-HQsApw0T23Md4VyiuUxtHl4meN_FmQzdILlV0PrY4FmqS01pKs3RFDDtyil-WEX0SM_fzuTT5Dv_Lwhs4weQLIR3oS6IsytEmKQkDraTpUyBLaFUa1XQJOjx5Oaw/s640/IMG_7007.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
Immediately after I will moisturize my face. Starting with eye cream I've switched to The Ordinary Caffeine Solution 5% + EGCG. I was hesitant to use this as it's a liquid and not a cream, I didn't think it would moisturize my under eye enough but I was WRONG. This is will moisturize, smooth out fine lines and reduce under eye bags. You want a very small amount day and night.<br />
<br />
Next I have added in The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 for some extra moisture under my face cream. Then I layer my trusty Clinique Moisture Surge Intense - make sure if you try this you get the INTENSE not just the regular. The intense is much more rich and feels like velvet. I find that makeup just glides over my face with this face combo.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhjGWbKKsUCHpM0yuqBA7KFGl0gvttv2cflUazDci04zjrb8ivnnJgxip0fJ5l19XxG3uruWXcJP0kJb7UsAV3w2Txqhsxy0e9Qdv75rYAY6N0fZiI7MgtpIW2zwbqz-5_YDUSdnvYhLZQ/s1600/IMG_7008.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1200" data-original-width="1600" height="480" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhjGWbKKsUCHpM0yuqBA7KFGl0gvttv2cflUazDci04zjrb8ivnnJgxip0fJ5l19XxG3uruWXcJP0kJb7UsAV3w2Txqhsxy0e9Qdv75rYAY6N0fZiI7MgtpIW2zwbqz-5_YDUSdnvYhLZQ/s640/IMG_7008.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
At night I wash my face with the same products as I did in the morning.<br />
<br />
Then I follow that up with my night routine...don't get overwhelmed by the amount of products in the pictures - I don't use all of these every night.<br />
<br />
I start with my same eye cream by The Ordinary that I used in the AM. Next I put on The Ordinary "Buffet", this is supposed to be an anti aging product that helps with dryness, fine lines, wrinkles, dullness and uneven texture.<br />
<br />
Next I pick one or two oils to put on my face. The ones I have in rotation right now are all from The Ordinary.<br />
<br />
Finally I follow that up with my lash serum that I'm still not using consistently but I find that it does make my lashes stronger and longer if used everyday.<br />

BONUS PRODUCTS - These I tend to use 2-3 times a week. When every I feel my skin needs a little extra treatment I turn to these three products.<br />
<br />
Sephora Mud Mask Purifying and Mattifying is great is you have any texture or blemishes you want to get rid of. This is a very drying mask so make sure to moisturize immediately afterwards.<br />
<br />
Dermalogica Skin Hydration Masque is great for when I need a little extra hydration boot to my skin.<br />
<br />
Under the eye I've been using Peter Thomas Roth 24K Gold Hydra-Gel Eye Patches. These are great for moisturizing and smoothing any wrinkles.<br />
<br />
That's it! It seems as though my collection has grown since last year but it really hasn't gotten anymore complicated. Let me know if the comments below if these are any other products you would recommend my for dry skin.<br />

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
It's been about four months now since we've added our second dog, Diesel, to our little growing family. Diesel is my first second dog I've ever owned so life adjustments have had their ups and downs. Our family has had to learn how to adjust to this change over the past several months and address each dogs own individual needs.</div>
<br />
Bear is now 18 months old. He is almost finished growing and he has matured into a very large lean boy. If he gets any bigger going forward it will most likely just be filling out and putting on more muscle mass. Bear is a very high energy and sensitive dog, he needs lots of exercise and attention. Bear is a combination of two very smart breeds and can very easily pick up on little things. He can be very sensitive to changes and meeting new people and dogs. Even though we socialized him early on at the dog park he has become very reactive and unpredictable around new dogs. He gets very easily excited when he meets new dogs and tends to have trouble controlling himself.<br />
<br />
Our training is now focusing on helping Bear manage his excitement in new environments. The calmer we can keep him the less reactive he is. He's still a very friendly but doesn't tolerate any crap, he's the kind of dog who probably wouldn't back down if faced with a threat. While we've been training him we have been taking him to lots of different places with other dogs and distractions. I do find that if he comes face to face with another dog that barks or growls at him he gets very stressed and feels the need to stand up to another dog and put them in their place....again something we are still training and working on.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjtNW2HcVZ5yN0kPXR4bDPtQoQvpEMtmD-Za1CY3kUDduHwh3QJiqWJtzslvAMfmu86SEC12yia1oSZVvJdoR_4afCnBXoUHsQBBiYqE7FoqkZwThSG9tzjDPGZlpjyfm2I1aFMZtt0sWA/s1600/IMG_6815.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em; text-align: center;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1200" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjtNW2HcVZ5yN0kPXR4bDPtQoQvpEMtmD-Za1CY3kUDduHwh3QJiqWJtzslvAMfmu86SEC12yia1oSZVvJdoR_4afCnBXoUHsQBBiYqE7FoqkZwThSG9tzjDPGZlpjyfm2I1aFMZtt0sWA/s640/IMG_6815.JPG" width="480" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<br />
Diesel is now 6 months old. She is still very tiny for her age but still has a lot of growing up to do. Diesel is defiantly the more smarted and fearless one of the two dogs. She tends to think before entering a situation and always uses caution. Diesel picks up very quickly on new training, again she comes from two very smart breeds but defiantly has a lot more German Shepherd in her than Bear does. Within a few repetitions she picks up on what you are asking her to do.<br />
<br />
As Diesel is still very young she defiantly needs a lot more training and socializing. I find that she gets very jealous when her brother ignores her and plays with other dogs that are around. She doesn't fully have a grasp on how to play without her brother around.<br />
<br />
I find that Diesel a good mix of independent and codependent...Bear is defiantly codependent. The two dogs together make a great pair. The two of them will take turns leading and following each other, which is something that I never expected. I thought for sure that Bear would be the main follower and Diesel would be the main leader. It's nice to know that they take turns and switch off in their roles. Diesel really helps her brother through stressful situations such as bath time and going to the vet. She takes charge in those situations and shows her brother that there's nothing to be afraid of - "if I can do it, you can do it"!<br />
<br />

<br />
<br />
Owning two dogs isn't for everyone, but I will say that I really lucked out and got two great dogs that are very compatible and complement each other very well. We still have A LOT of training to do but I wouldn't give either of them up for anything in this world.<br />

Don't recognize the second pup in my pictures? You must have missed my last blog post, check out <a href="http://www.mspamblam.com/2017/09/bears-little-sister-life-update.html" target="_blank">Bear's Little Sister</a> update post. These two dogs have been getting along so well. I am so happy that they have taken so well to living together.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Recently we were out on a nature hike with our family. Both Bear & Diesel walked about 5km...that's nothing for Bear but Diesel was VERY thirsty when we got back to the car. Luckily I had brought water with me so I could hydrate both of them. But here's a question, are your animals getting enough water? I was so happy when <a href="http://intl.petsafe.net/international" target="_blank">PetSafe</a> offered to partner with me on their hydration campaign. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Although I don't do a lot of partnered post I do like to work with companies that I already purchase from. I have several harnesses and even a car ramp that I purchased before even being approached to do this campaign. Their products have always been amazing!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Surprisingly the information that they sent to me really amazed me. Did you know that 66% of Canadian were unaware of their pets dehydration signs?</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjACwTOYgr6PssQJ6dFgHFzpf_oSlqIRSa65GXjTFpPNd7tcoD85f9GdAkdSU_0grkxNXLa3ATgW1aTumR6nQWQEZE08waC-2RYsgu_eZg06b23rbD3M5EDUMRWpsurL201yBaXzsFVkZQ/s1600/70_for_1-jpg.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1050" data-original-width="1050" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjACwTOYgr6PssQJ6dFgHFzpf_oSlqIRSa65GXjTFpPNd7tcoD85f9GdAkdSU_0grkxNXLa3ATgW1aTumR6nQWQEZE08waC-2RYsgu_eZg06b23rbD3M5EDUMRWpsurL201yBaXzsFVkZQ/s640/70_for_1-jpg.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Some of these signs include sunken eyes, decreased skin elasticity, loss of appetite and depression. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
In order to keep your pet properly hydrated you should monitor the weather and try to exercise your pet during more cooler parts of the day. Maintain a fresh water supply and know your pets signs of dehydration. </div>

<br />
Life has been crazy busy and we had a very difficult and sad summer between Bear's injury and a loss of a family member. My hectic schedule has prevented me from spending anytime on my blog.<br />
<br />
Although it was a difficult summer for my family my husband and I did adopt a new puppy into our family...she is extremely cute and I just couldn't resit.<br />
<br />

Although it wasn't great timing it was just meant to be.....and funny story but this is actually Bear's biological half sister!! Bear's dad had another litter of puppies 50 weeks after Bear's litter. We've decided to name her "Diesel". It's a bit of a tomboys name but she really suits it.<br />
<br />
Both dogs are exactly the same breed, Black Lab/German Shepherd. Bear's mom was a pure breed black lab and Diesel's mom was a pure breed German Shepherd. The dad is a 50/50 mix of the two breeds.<br />
<br />

Bear adores his little sister and these two hate being apart.<br />

Diesel is now 14 weeks and growing like a weed. She is extremely intelligent and is catching on very quickly with her training. <br />

<br />
Even though it's been a tough summer for our family Diesel has brought our family a lot of joy. I have always wanted two dogs so this is a dream come true for me. I am so happy that Bear and Diesel get along so well together....the only issue we have is trying to split the two dogs up during nap time.<br />
<br />
I can't wait to share our upcoming months as she grows.<br />

<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhF6FwEaqkUZCbLW5pXDbaWFod3aNTTevCNThqaRwsbc9-r-9h_3B6vP1pyLfWZtbhkQwbQfbWOQi8lliECZFhLPGq0bCUE7OxB4uEzkmQIqmbXmil2eMjf9e0jNVliuvfcPOXV7lK4-w4/s1600/image1+%252814%2529.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1200" data-original-width="1600" height="480" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhF6FwEaqkUZCbLW5pXDbaWFod3aNTTevCNThqaRwsbc9-r-9h_3B6vP1pyLfWZtbhkQwbQfbWOQi8lliECZFhLPGq0bCUE7OxB4uEzkmQIqmbXmil2eMjf9e0jNVliuvfcPOXV7lK4-w4/s640/image1+%252814%2529.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Sunday Riley Luna Sleeping Night Oil - On the pricy side but worth it. This is a great night oil I use about twice a week-which also helps the product last a long time. I find this is really great at getting rid of any texture I have overnight. I have repurchased this but in the smaller bottle</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Garnier Fructis Damage Eraser - Still my favorite hair mask - I have about 6 jars I bought off Amazon. This just helps my mend my split ends and my hair feels instantly softer after using it. I have three jars left to use. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Clinique Moisture Surge - I didn't like this face cream so I passed it off to my husband to use. He finished the jar but didn't like it either so I wont be repurchasing it again. I found it to be a wired gel formulation that left my face feeling very sticky and like there was a film residue on my face. I didn't like using it in the morning as I found my foundation would be patchy and awe foul. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Clinique Moisture Surge Intense - This is by far my favorite face cream. It is so different from just the regular moisture surge. It is an in between cream and gel formulation. It glides over your skin and it leaves your skin feeling velvety smooth. My makeup just glides on effortlessly when I have this face cream on and my skin feels extra hydrated. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Clinique All About Eyes - It's ok.....that's the best way I can describe this eye cream. It wasn't the worst eye cream I've ever used but it wasn't the best. I don't think I'll be repurchasing this again but I do want to try Clinique rich eye cream to see if that one would be better for my dry under eye area. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Jergens Moisture for Wet Skin - I love this lotion but I do prefer the Argan Oil over the Green Tea Oil. I have one Argan Oil formulation on the go and I have one backup for when I run out. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Mac Fix+ - LOVE this face spray. I use this after I powder, I find that even with my dry skin I still need to set my makeup otherwise it wont stay in place....but if I powder my face I look like I have a cake face. This takes that cake face away completely! That means I can powder and lock my makeup in but still look flawless. I have already repurchased two new bottles. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Josie Maran Whipped Mud Mask - I do love this mask when I feel my skin needs some extra moisture but it is very expensive. I haven't repurchased this mask as I am trying some cheaper options but if they don't work out I would defiantly go back to this mask.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
L'Oreal Elnett Satin Hairspray - Make sure if you ever try this to get the Extra Strong Hold UNFRAGRANCED. I can't stay the fragrance smell of this hair spray but I love the hold that this gives. I was so happy when I found the unfragranced formula and I don't think I would ever try another hairspray ever again. This is a strong hold hair spray that you can brush right out. It gives the perfect amount of hold but still allows your curls to bounce and look natural. Your hair will never look or feel crunch no matter how much product you put in. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<br />
As July was my wedding month most of my favorites have to do with my wedding....and I still use all but one of the items today.<br />
<br />
Zadro Dimmable Florescent Dual-Sided Mirror - I still use this makeup mirror every single day, it still works great! Having a properly light makeup mirror will help your makeup application, this mirror shows what your makeup will really look like. If it looks good in the mirror before I walk out the door I know it's going to look good all day long. I got mine at Bed Bath and Beyond - make sure to use a coupon, they are always emailing or mailing them out. I got 20% off of mine.<br />
<br />
The lashes I wore on my wedding day were the Ardell 301, they are just accent lashes instead of a full lash. I love these lashes! They make your eyes pop in photos without looking too fake. I still wear these lashes but not everyday. I save them for special occasions when I know I'm going to have my picture taken a lot.<br />
<br />
The mascara I used on my wedding day is the Chanel Le Volume De Chanel Waterproof. I know a waterproof mascara isn't something you need everyday but I love how well this holds a curl so I use it almost everyday. It is on the pricey side so I do alternate with a drugstore mascara.<br />
<br />
Finally I mentioned the Kat Von D Shade and Light pallet, I was only using 4 of the 6 shades in this pallet but since then I've discovered two products that have replaced it. First is the bareMinerals Concealer in well-rested. I use this to set my under eyes and anywhere else that I've used concealer. Then I use a contour shade from Makeup Geek - "Breakup" which is their cool porcelain shade.<br />
<br />
Not bad for this month, typically when I find a product I love I will use it for a very long time. 3 out of 4 products that I used two years ago are still in my routine! I would say discovering new products in July 2015 was a very successful for me.<br />

Bear is growing up WAY too fast. His last update was <a href="http://www.mspamblam.com/2017/02/bears-8-month-update-ms-pam-blam-life.html" target="_blank">8 months</a> go check it out for more adorable puppy pictures.<br />
<br />
At one year Bear is around 73lbs, he's not done growing and since he's 75% Black Lab I'm sure he'll fill out and gain some more weight. His growing has definitely slowed down...although we did have Xrays done in May and his growth plates are not closed quit yet.<br />
<br />

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Why did Bear go in for Xrays in May? If you saw my last <a href="http://www.mspamblam.com/2017/06/fitness-update-major-lack-of-motivation.html" target="_blank">Fitness Update</a> I did touch a little on my "lack of motivation" and the fact that Bear had a hurt leg that was keeping our family very busy with him. </div>

<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj-kdWjfxUcXrOV4d3V_h33kIjA0d8YaiEOijpSX4DwB1BCxZlGp7FK7Gq8WZpcZismd7HgXncCJ6UxIQwKhysay114MJkLFu1KjGhgfcKroFBVUmBi_PNwGwFwpVA4kYMYrVXIxjlHEfM/s1600/image6.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1200" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj-kdWjfxUcXrOV4d3V_h33kIjA0d8YaiEOijpSX4DwB1BCxZlGp7FK7Gq8WZpcZismd7HgXncCJ6UxIQwKhysay114MJkLFu1KjGhgfcKroFBVUmBi_PNwGwFwpVA4kYMYrVXIxjlHEfM/s640/image6.JPG" width="480" /></a></div>
<br />
Bear is a very high energy dog...he LOVES to run and play but has very little control as most puppies do. On May 9th my husband was watering our grass in the yard (we have a quarter acre lot so lots of room for Bear to run around in) Bear was out with him running full out in the yard - but had zero control. He was slipping and sliding because the grass was wet and that only seems to make him run faster and faster.<br />
<br />
On one of Bear's turns he missed his footing and his feet came out from under him, he feel and landed on his left shoulder...didn't yelp or cry but he did get up and wouldn't put any weight on his left leg.<br />
<br />
We were extremely worried that he broke his leg but he came inside and went to sleep so he didn't seem to be in any pain. We thought we would wait till morning and then asses if he needed to go to the vet.<br />
<br />
Bear woke up at 2am crying - Bear has NEVER woken up during the night for anything, even when he was 8 weeks old and slept for the first night in our house. We rushed him to the emergency vet and they took Xrays but said nothing was broken and he would be OK in one week.<br />
<br />
We put Bear on "bed rest", he only left the house to go to the bathroom and we would leash him in the yard so he couldn't run and play.<br />
<br />
Two weeks later his limp was still there....we ended up taking him back to the same vet that treated him in the first place and they diagnosed him with "chronic lameness" and recommended and surgeon consult.<br />
<br />
We agreed and saw a surgeon the next day - he proceed to tell us that he thought Bear had elbow dysplasia. He wanted to run several tests that would have cost us thousands and thousands of dollars - and after all this testing he wanted to operate but the operation would only be good for 2-3 years and then he would have to under more surgery.<br />
<br />
I was in absolute disbelieve! Bear took one simple fall and they seemed to want to do all this unnecessary testing and treatment on our poor 10 month old puppy. <br />
<br />
After our appointment I contacted our regular vet for a second opinion. She was able to see us right away and said she very much doubted that Bear has elbow dysplasia and said it was more likely that he had soft tissue damage in his elbow. We put him on several supplements and medication plus she said to continue his "bed rest" for at least one month.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEilBWD17jZajQJ_mBIjBo8bd2N6RyxA5JxG4OAcfuxHEqVvnTtXAmgZyKRyEpsopiZW-YBqeXd_GILgab5h91uGobt0m298I2kdjwxZasXjBfSLp0e-C2SndBoXQX5YrAXjYrck7iZu2Js/s1600/image7.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1200" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEilBWD17jZajQJ_mBIjBo8bd2N6RyxA5JxG4OAcfuxHEqVvnTtXAmgZyKRyEpsopiZW-YBqeXd_GILgab5h91uGobt0m298I2kdjwxZasXjBfSLp0e-C2SndBoXQX5YrAXjYrck7iZu2Js/s640/image7.JPG" width="480" /></a></div>
<br />
It took a long time but Bear is doing so much better! We are absolutely thrilled with his recovery...although it's been very difficult on my husband & I. Of course Bear didn't seem to understand that he was hurt and couldn't do all the things he normal would do. He had so much pent up energy and we couldn't even walk him to get rid of it.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEinfOQtsxDWmoQ4v5r8U9AxNWn3iMgYakkz1rI63Z70v6a6g8AMfvfgIejmmkHuSW0sxtntGlPCD5FJXZtsm2DtDdlLG4uE9xfBt33Eo228FFKEGNCxnxsaV9yLSM4bOhMdPluU1z7HVAg/s1600/image8.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1200" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEinfOQtsxDWmoQ4v5r8U9AxNWn3iMgYakkz1rI63Z70v6a6g8AMfvfgIejmmkHuSW0sxtntGlPCD5FJXZtsm2DtDdlLG4uE9xfBt33Eo228FFKEGNCxnxsaV9yLSM4bOhMdPluU1z7HVAg/s640/image8.JPG" width="480" /></a></div>
<br />
Luckily we made it through a very difficult month and Bear is almost 100%....I would say he's about 85%. He's back to doing most things he was able to do but I do limit his activity.<br />
<br />
He is still on joint supplements and herbal mediation plus I do ice is elbow after he's been running a lot or playing with other dogs.<br />
<br />
I highly recommend that if your dog has a freak injury like ours did to get a second opinion if you think the treatment or tests recommended seem unreasonable.<br />
<br />
Unfortunately even though Bear is on the mend, he developed a fear of people as the emergency vet was quit rough with him. We are now having to do a ton of training to get him to trust humans again and I would say he is doing a lot better than he was in May. He's finally letting people pet him again and he's not so nervous walking into the vets office anymore.<br />
<br />
Freak accidents happen but thank goodness for pet insurance...I will say that the Xrays and multiple visits to the vet cost A LOT! If you have a young pup that has high energy I would definitely recommend looking into some pet insurance. <br />

<br />
Bear spent the day before his birthday at Pets in The Park. It was a local fund raiser for an animal shelter. He was a bit nervous when we first got there but relaxed after about 20min. He had so much fun visiting with other dogs and walking around the festival. It was great being around other dog owners who understood that Bear was a little shy and it took him some time to warm up to people.<br />
<br />
However, near the end he was running right up to people and having a great time....I don't think he really wanted to leave. It was a very well organized event and I can't wait to go again next year.<br />

<br />
My summers are all about quick, sweat proof makeup and hair. I like to enjoy as much of my summer outside as possible so I typically will do very minimal makeup in the warmer weather.<br />
<br />
Smashbox Step-By-Step Contour Stick - I have rediscovered and fallen in love with the Contour & Highlight color from this trio. I find the cream formula to be very natural and easy to blend with a beauty blender. It's very quick to apply and gives you some dimension to your face.<br />
<br />
Drybar Triple Sec - Textured quick hair has been my thing for the past month. Triple sec is still my favorite texture spray, I love to spray this in when I have either waves or curls in my hair.<br />
<br />
It Cosmetics Your Skin But Better CC Cream - I have heard people rave about this for so long but could never get my hands on it. Finally Ulta is now shipping to Canada so I was able to give this a shot. The color is a little light but this is a great CC Cream, by far my favorite I've tried so far. It is on the expensive side but I love the coverage it gives my skin and it's SPF 50+ which is great in the summer.<br />
<br />
L'Oreal Brow Stylist Plumper - This is a similar product to the Benefit Gimmi Brow but a lot of more affordable. I feel like I was constantly running out of my Benefit product and it was costing a lot to do my brows everyday. This is a great drugstore dupe! The color is very similar to my brows and it helps them stay in place all day. Even when I'm doing minimal makeup I always make sure my brows are done....it just helps to frame your face and makes you look a little more put together.<br />
<br />
Moroccanoil Dry Shampoo - I've talked about this before and I'm back using it again. This is my favorite dry shampoo by far. It leaves your hair feeling refreshed and clean. I use the light tones and it doesn't leave a white cast in my hair which is always a plus. Best dry shampoo! They also have a darker formula if you have darker hair.<br />

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Count down to worlds.....62 days and counting!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Stress and anxiety are really starting to set in as race season is ramping up and World Champions is now only 62 days away. My training this last month has gone down hill FAST. There has been a serious lack of motivation to do anything in our house recently - mainly due to our 11 month old pup, Bear, getting hurt mid May.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Our poor little guy hurt his leg and has been in a lot of pain since then. He's not sleeping through the night, which means my husband & I are also not sleeping through the night. He's needed a lot of help getting around and it's been a real struggle keeping him on "bed rest" for a month. If you want to hear more about our story check back on Wednesday, I'll be post Bear's 11 month update and I'll share what happen. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I feel that because of my lack of sleep my whole schedule has been thrown off. I'm tiered all day everyday and the last thing I want to do is train. The few days that I did train I felt very sluggish. Running was near impossible. Every time I put my runners on my legs felt like led. May was probably the toughest month of training to get through. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Luckily our pup is now on the mend which means we are getting back to our normal day to day schedule. Training is finally starting to pick up but I'm feeling a little out of shape since I missed so much training. This past week I've been working on my tempo runs to bring my legs back. I know it seems like something so small but I find when I've taken a big chuck of time off my endure just fades away - speed I never have any trouble with, I guess that's because I have a background as a sprinter, plus speed training is fun. Endurance I find to be a bit boring and difficult to get through the workouts...especially feeling out of shape. To help me get back on track I've been using a MetroTimer, it's annoying but it helps with how many strides you take per minuet. I find if I focus on something other than my endurance run it helps. I try not think about my pace or how much longer is left, or how far have I gone.....I just run and think about my stride, my running form, the strike of my foot on the pavement, ect. It seems to help take my mind off my endurance run. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Besides running I have also been using my Beachbody programs as cross training. Right now I've been using 21 Day Fix and focusing on leg fix, upper body fix, cardio fix and Pilates fix. In addition to all that I've finally been able to get my bike back onto the road. I honestly think my biking is going better than my running right now - except my bike computer has decided to stop working. For some reason my cadence on my bike computer decided to crap out so I've been just using my Garmin in the meantime while I shop for a replacement. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
All and all things are going well, you are always going to have set backs in your training because LIFE HAPPENS. There are a lot of things that are outside your control and you just have to juggle those with your training schedule. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Motivation while training will come and go...it's tough to come back from being unmotivated but sometimes you just have to push through it to get to the other side. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
How motivated have you been this past month?</div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
As much as I love reading other blogs, I also like watching many YouTubers. One of my favorites to watch is MsGoldGirl who I have watched do many videos on "Where are they now?". She goes back to find out what her old favorites use to be and shares if she is still using those favorites today. I always wonder when watching YouTubers post their favorites if they are sharing something that is simply a fling for the month or a holy grail product. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I looked back on my blog and the oldest post I have way <a href="http://www.mspamblam.com/2015/05/may-2015-favorites.html" target="_blank">May 2015 </a>. I usually try to limit my favorite posts to about 5 products so here are my top 5 products I was using in May 2015 and here is what I am using now. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Nume Signature hair dryer was replaced with the BaByliss Pro Rapido. I found the Nume to be very hot and dried my hair out. It was also very heavy and my hair always takes forever to dry. The BaByliss was made in Italy and was a collaboration with Ferrari. It takes very little time to dry my hair now and I find that this doesn't dry my hair out at all. It is much lighter and easier to work with. The only downside is the price tag. It is pretty expensive but I did find mine through an Air Miles deal....so keep your eyes peeled for deals. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Diorskin Star Foundation was replaced with Dior Forever. I did love the Star foundation but I found the color didn't match me perfectly and it would slide around on my face if I didn't set it was a lot of powder - which I try to stay away from with my dry skin. I started to explore other foundations by Dior and fell in love with the Forever. I find you don't need to set it as much and the color suits my skin ton almost perfectly. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Fresh Lotus Face Cream & Freash Seaberry Skin Booster was replaced with Clinique Moisture Surge Intense & The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid. Unlike the Fresh face cream and oil I was mixing together I have been layering the Hyaluronic Acid & Clinique face cream. I find the Fresh products didn't give me enough hydration, I have extremely dry skin. With The Ordinary and Clinique products my skin feels hydrated and velvety smooth. </div>
<br />
21 Day Fix EXTREME - This is the only favorite that I still use today. I jump around between different Beachbody programs but I have a special love in my heart for the 21 Day Fix & 21 Day Fix Extreme programs. Back in 2015 I was using these programs to get in shape for my wedding. I was concerned with my wedding dress that my arms would be showing a lot so I wanted to tone them up. Now I'm using the program as cross training to get ready for worlds - which is in 94 days and counting! I'm not following the training program as usual. Basically on my cross training days I will only use lower fix, upper fix and abs. My aim on cross training days is to strength those areas for training rather than trying to tone or loose weight.<br />
<br />
Let me know if you enjoyed hearing about my old favorites in the comments below. Have you tried any of these products?<br />

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 - I got my very first Ordinary order in the month of April and so far I have loved every single product I've ordered from them. I've been using the Hyaluronic Acid in the morning before I put on my moisturizer and my dry skin definitely has been feeling more hydrated. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Tarte Frxxxtion Stick - This I've also been using in the mornings before I was my face. This is a facial cleanings stick that also exfoliates your face. I love the packaging, you rub the stick on your face instead of using your hands which I love. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Benefit Hello Flawless - I decided to try a new powder this month and I picked this one up by Benefit. It took my three different tries to get my color just right but once I did I fell in love with this powder. It's not too heavy on the skin and has a very natural finish. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Dior Forever Foundation - I decided to pick this up after hearing Jaclyn Hill rave about this foundation in several videos. I have very similar skin to hers - dry - most of her skincare and foundations recommendations work perfectly for me. I finally used up the last of my Becca foundation and instead of repurchasing it I pick this up instead. It is very natural and has great coverage. A big plus for me is this foundation do not move on my face! I don't typically set my foundations with a lot of powder as I am on the dry side so I need a foundation that doesn't need to be set in order to stay in place. Highly recommend giving this a try for dry skin. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
The Ordinary Caffeine Solution 5% + EGCG - The Ordinary defiantly has some interesting names for their products but don't let that scare you away from trying any. This is the eye product I've been using day and night. It is defiantly the most affordable eye product I have every used but it has a different formula. This is an oil that comes in a dropper. I use one drop for each eye and honestly my under eye area has never looked better. This has decreased my fine lines and brightened up my under eye. Most eye creams I've purchased in the past have ran be about $65, this one cost me $6.70!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
The Ordinary 100% Organic Cold-Pressed Moroccan Argan Oil - This is a very similar to the Josie Maran Argan Oil. I've tried this out on both my skin and my hair and I love it. It gives me the same restuls as the Josie Maran oil but the price tag is a HUGE difference. 50ml of the Josie Maran will cost $60 compared to 30ml of The Ordinary is $6.80.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
The Ordinary defiantly dominated most of my new loves this month....I should also mention that all you have to do is spend over $25 with The Ordinary and your shipping is free! I definitely plan on ordering way more products from this company and doing their own dedicated blog post. If you've tried any products from The Ordinary please feel free to leave your recommendations below. Make sure you are subscribed so you can keep up to date with all my new blog posts. </div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Time has flown by since my last fitness update. I had to scroll way back on my blog and found my last fitness update post in February! Check out my <a href="http://www.mspamblam.com/2017/02/fitness-update-coming-back-from-being.html" target="_blank">February Fitness Update</a> post if you haven't already. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Since then I have completed my first race and my training has changed slightly. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I did a 5km race April 9th to work on my running speed. Unfortunately the race course changed two days before race day due to flooding and they had to incorporate a hill! I haven't done any hill training as it is still early in race season so I was 5min slower than I wanted to be. We hit the hill about 2km into the race and up until then I was running under a 6min/km pace which was great. The hill was about 500 meters long so the turn around was at the top and by that time my legs were DONE. I really struggled the last half of the race but I keep telling myself it was the first race of the year and my time will only get better from here. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Bear is still joining me once a week for training runs. I'm trying to run at least three times a week - that includes a interval run, tempo run and longer run. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
It's still too early to get my road bike out....even though I've seen some brave soles out and about on their bikes...so I'm still just biking at my house inside on my trainer around twice a week.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Of course I'm still keeping up with my Beachbody programs as a cross training/strength training. Right now I'm just using 21 Day Fix and in three weeks I will switching to 21 Day Fix EXTREME. Mainly I've been using lower fix to work on leg strength, upper fix to work on my upper body strength and of course core.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
My next race is another 5km in about three weeks. I am also trying to find a duathlon sprint race nearby that I can participate in at the end of May but so far I've had no luck find one. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">

<br />
It has been so incredible hard to sit down and put into words what happen to me & my family in December. If you saw my <a href="http://www.mspamblam.com/2017/02/fitness-update-coming-back-from-being.html" target="_blank">Fitness Update</a> post from February, you would have seen that I mentioned I was the victim of crime.<br />
<br />
I don't want to share too much detail as I am pressing several criminal charges against the person whom attacked my home...twice...but I do want to share some of my experience as I felt very alone and like there was no one around to help me during this time. Perhaps sharing what I've gone through could help someone who has been the victim of crime recently or help someones home security so they do not become a victim of crime.<br />
<br />
Our attacker came to our home twice, I'm still not clear on what they were hoping to accomplish, before I was able to have them arrested....and even then it was a very long month before things were somewhat resolved. Unfortunately because the first attack was on a Friday night and then the next attack was on Sunday night I couldn't do a lot over the weekend. Monday was really the first day I could run around and ask questions and beg people to help me. I am very sad to say that the person whom damaged our property and threatened us is a family member of my husbands.<br />
<br />
By the time Tuesday rolled around I was heading downtown to court to get a warrent for the persons arrest....which was granted but unfortunately our attacker ran and was able to outrun the RCMP. As he was not a high priority person of interest I was told I would have to wait until he resurfaces in order for the arrest to be executed. This took 24 days.<br />
<br />
I lived for the next 24 days in compete panic and fear of my families safety. We were completely unaware of if this person was going to return to our home, if more damage was going to be caused to our property,ect. I didn't feel safe leaving the house period. I wasn't even leaving my home to walk my dog and I never wanted to be left alone for any reason. Basically this meant that if my husband needed to go out I would be calling up a friend or family member to come and sit with me.<br />
<br />
On the 24th day when this person resurfaced I was told that my warrant had expired...which was in the fine print of my paperwork which I should have read more carefully and I would have to go back to court to obtain another one. I returned to court and my warrant was executed that day....THANK GOODNESS! Finally a feeling of relief.<br />
<br />
I know that this is all far from being over but at least we have taken a step in the right direction to keep our family safe.<br />
<br />
I am so thankful to say that even though we had several thousand of dollars in damages done to our property my husband & I were very lucky unharmed. We did receive verbal death threats and my husband was physically threaten with a weapon but thankful some ice on the driveway saved his life. Basically when his attacker lunged at him with a hammer he fell to the ground and allowed my husband a few seconds to get out of harms way.<br />
<br />
Being a victim of crime can really put your life into prospective. This experience has put some several things into perspective and has shown my family that we are NOT prepared with our home security.<br />
<br />
I used to be one of those people who thought....this would NEVER happen to me. We didn't have any sort of surveillance or security system in place - but now we do. I think this is so important now, even though you don't think you need it it's not a bad idea to be prepared. You don't necessarily need to bring in a home security company and spend a lot of monthly fees. Honestly figure out what's important to you and find a self monitoring system. It's a lot cheaper and it just gives you that piece of mind.<br />
<br />
Be careful who you trust with information. Unfortunately our attacker (being a family member of my husband) knows a lot about our home. We trusted him with privileged information and he even knew our daily schedule. Be cautious with whom you give out information to.<br />
<br />
Have an emergency family plan. The first thing that I did when I figured out that someone was breaking into our home was panic! I knew that we had weapons in our home to defend myself but I couldn't find them and I even struggled unlocking my phone and calling 9-1-1 during the incident. Having a emergency family plan and knowing where everything was and what I should do could save your life. Even if this wasn't a family member but someone just breaking into my home the police suggested that the better thing to do would have been to flee my house with my animals. Knowing the safest way to flee your home, how to defend yourself against an intruder and a family meeting place are all important things that I never sat down and planned out with my family before.<br />

<br />
Moroccanoil Dry Shampoo Light Tones - This dry shampoo was in my <a href="http://www.mspamblam.com/2017/01/january-2017-favorites.html" target="_blank">January Favorites</a> and I still stand by what I said. This is a great dry shampoo but I did find another one that I like a little bit better which I mentioned in my <a href="http://www.mspamblam.com/2017/03/march-2017-favorites.html" target="_blank">March Favorites</a>. Although it never hurts to have more than one dry shampoo option on hand so I defiantly will be repurchasing the Moroccanoil Dry Shampoo.<br />
<br />
Sephora Super Smoothing Lip Butter - This was an amazing lip balm - yes I said "was". Unfortunately it doesn't look like Sephora is restocking this lip balm anymore so I'm going to have to find a new favorite. I had several of these around the house. It was amazing! It kept my lips hydrated and had a bit of a pink tint to it. If you know of my similar dupes please feel free to leave them in the comments below for me to try.<br />
<br />
Urban Decay All Nighter Makeup Setting Spray - Still my go to setting spray. I have used up so many bottles I've lost track. This is a must every single day and I already have a new one on the go.<br />
<br />
Sephora Mud Mask - I'm not completely finished with this product but it has dried up so I've repurchased a new one. This is a great mask that helps with any texture or imperfections. It will dry out your skin so I would only use it once a week. Because I use it so sparingly the product lasts a long time but you have to be careful because it will dry up quickly.<br />
<br />
Burt's Bees Baby Oil - I love to use oil instead of lotion as I find that lotion can leave my skin a little sticky. This is a great oil, it soaks into your skin quickly and leaves it feels soft and silky.<br />
<br />
Drybar Triple Sec - This has popped up in a few monthly favorites, I love this product! This is a little sample size I purchased to try out before committing to the full size. Since using this up I have repurchased the full size and I use it almost every single day.<br />
<br />
Beauty Blender - I like to replace my Beauty Blender every once in a while. I use mind everyday so there is a lot of wear and tear on my sponge - plus even though I keep it as clean as I can I'm sure there is bacteria collecting on it.<br />
<br />
Prada Candy - This is still my favorite scent and yes I have repurchase another one - this time I went for the bigger bottle as well.<br />
<br />
Garnier Micellar Water - Finally is my micellar water that I use to take off my eye makeup. I don't find a lot of difference between eye makeup removers so I prefer not to spend too much money for something I use up very quickly. This is a great drugstore option and will remove waterproof mascara without a lot of rubbing.<br />

My first favorite of the month has to be my Makeup Geek eye shadows. I mentioned this in my <a href="http://www.mspamblam.com/2016/01/best-of-2015.html" target="_blank">Best Of 2015</a> blog post. My color selection has changed slightly but these are still my must have eye shadows. No matter if I'm getting dressed up to go out or reaching for something everyday, I'm constantly reaching for this pallet.<br />
<br />

<br />
I've discovered a new dry shampoo this month, it's the Ouai Dry Shampoo Foam. This product was really interesting to me as I have never tried a dry shampoo that has been in foam form before. When you first apply this product your hair feels very wet and looks greasy but as you work it in it refreshes your hair like nothing I've ever tried before. This doesn't leave any sort of white cast or crunch to your hair. It is honestly left felling cleaned and refreshed and ready to style.<br />

I picked up a new heat protector, this is the Silk Elements MegaSilk Olive Heat Protection Spray with silk. This was another interesting product that I just had to try. I use olive oil in my hair as a hair mask and my hair loves it. When you first spray this on my hair feels very greasy but after you use your heat tool (I use it with a blow dryer, flat iron and curling wand) your hair is left feeling silky smooth. I wouldn't recommend putting it near your roots as it will weight your hair down.<br />

I've changed up my brows this month and I've been loving them. Even on my no makeup days I still will put on my brows and some face powder. Instead of using my faithful Anastasia Brow Wiz I've gone back to using my Anastasia Brow Powder. I feel this gives you a much more natural brow which I've been loving. To set my brow in place I've been using the L'Oreal Brow Stylist Plumper Brow Gel Mascara. This is very similar to the Benefit Gimme Brow but a lot more affordable. I found I was going through my Gimme Brow way to fast and it was getting expensive to repurchase it so often.<br />

Finally my lip combo for this month has been Mac Lip Liner in Oak and Nars Lipgloss in Chelsea Girls.<br />

<br />
My last <a href="http://www.mspamblam.com/2015/12/current-skin-care-routine.html" target="_blank">skincare routine</a> post was EXTREMELY popular on my blog but that post is from way back in December 2015. I decided to post an update as some of my products have changed.<br />
<br />
For reference I have extremely dry skin all year round.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhbcKWDmk_ZQFm5SVujCIZBeZ-8iUGizrqFnt5PEp360CR-lCE90eUxCKNdTnm9BKQOao6o4FXZWQLnsBMJCum8rVGfDBuwmfIYfKSQTUnJyOR5gohIDoCOGv6AVREKBhQGfsc9UNl72r4/s1600/image3.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhbcKWDmk_ZQFm5SVujCIZBeZ-8iUGizrqFnt5PEp360CR-lCE90eUxCKNdTnm9BKQOao6o4FXZWQLnsBMJCum8rVGfDBuwmfIYfKSQTUnJyOR5gohIDoCOGv6AVREKBhQGfsc9UNl72r4/s640/image3.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
First thing in the morning I wash my face. I use the Kate Somerville ExfoliKate Cleanser with my Clarisonic Plus. I love using my Clarisonic with any cleaner as I feel it does a better job than just using my hands.<br />
<br />
This isn't my favorite cleaner and I am on the hunt for something I like better - but in the mean time I'm just trying to use up this product.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiilvz_hemi1oAvhafN9l1cmM1s0B_dWBnOdUgbzYXhyphenhyphenHpT5F-x3w7AdKy1BhuUdDTEguvdRrqAMbDGvmNEQxrhsrRwEve4oW7y_CIfvxEmkpV6i0qsa4wwxKlLkdNtZSiZeHkwJBUUTIw/s1600/image4.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiilvz_hemi1oAvhafN9l1cmM1s0B_dWBnOdUgbzYXhyphenhyphenHpT5F-x3w7AdKy1BhuUdDTEguvdRrqAMbDGvmNEQxrhsrRwEve4oW7y_CIfvxEmkpV6i0qsa4wwxKlLkdNtZSiZeHkwJBUUTIw/s640/image4.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
Then I follow up right away with my moisturizers. First I start with my eye cream which is the Shiseido WrinkleResist 24 Eye Cream, this is still an amazing eye cream. It is very thick and creamy, it tends to smooth out my under eye area and hydrate it very well. Next step is new - I've been using the Sephora CC Eye Cream + Concealer. This has a slight tint to it and will cover up any under eye bags I have going on. I find that using these two products together means I have to use less makeup as there is less to cover up.<br />
<br />
Finally I use the Clinique Moisture Surge Intense Skin Fortifying Hydrator. If you have extremely dry skin you need this in your life. This is an instant drink of water for my face and it leaves my skin feeling velvety smooth and soft. I find that since using this product I use less primer and less foundation because everything just smoothly glides over my face.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhj6SucCJ3fd-AU5b-oqa3bDML7MHnEW2RTEZNqD_lITD6E-M7nep9sTZflvPeuUciQd7kIFhdEQ3q8dMS39mBYBxiXK2b-4cXejIxacXS3dnIdywlMB2uK8Yo8bultqYlRbUlxH6tXxjE/s1600/image5.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhj6SucCJ3fd-AU5b-oqa3bDML7MHnEW2RTEZNqD_lITD6E-M7nep9sTZflvPeuUciQd7kIFhdEQ3q8dMS39mBYBxiXK2b-4cXejIxacXS3dnIdywlMB2uK8Yo8bultqYlRbUlxH6tXxjE/s640/image5.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I start by using my same cleaner with my Clarisonic Plus.<br />
<br />
At night I am still using the Sunday Riley Luna Sleeping Night Oil and I follow that up with the Josie Maran 100% Pure Argan Oil. My skin loves oils at the end of the day and when I wake up in the morning my face feels amazing.<br />
<br />
I use the same Shiseido eye cream and I use a lash enhancer serum by NeoStrada. This is a product I use off and on again but it really does improve the strength of my lashes.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhs2ipoQMbByzZo_zm_4adAZfYaWNSx2MhZ2gXTgq417BTRhbESzQB-LNsV3oWWFGr9wLJ1U8jOMhyphenhyphen-6ADUO13M94KBIjYjBp-cB57QniBSkcoYhZ31CVEvMsHBImxPs-3aBNdfIQbf8Rc/s1600/image6.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhs2ipoQMbByzZo_zm_4adAZfYaWNSx2MhZ2gXTgq417BTRhbESzQB-LNsV3oWWFGr9wLJ1U8jOMhyphenhyphen-6ADUO13M94KBIjYjBp-cB57QniBSkcoYhZ31CVEvMsHBImxPs-3aBNdfIQbf8Rc/s640/image6.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
Finally some bonus products - typically I use these 2-3 times a week. Eye masks have become a huge part of my life. As I'm beginning to age I'm finding my eye area isn't the same. I've been loving the Sephora brand eye masks and specifically the Rose, Pearl and Orchid are my favorite.<br />
<br />
For the actual mask I've been using the Sephora Mud Mask Purifying & Mattifying, this is great if I have any texture or blemishes on my face. It gets rid of them instantly but does dry out my skin so I do have to moisturize immediately afterwards.<br />
<br />
For a moisture mask I've been loving the Joise Maran Whipped Mud Mask. This is infused with Argan oil and feels amazing on my dry skin. Highly recommend if you face needs and extra hydrating boost.<br />
<br />
Let me know if you use any of these products in the comment below. If you think there are any other skincare products I need to try out for my dry skin leave you recommendation in the comments below.<br />

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Jergens Moisturizer For Wet Skin - I tend to skip moisturizing after my showers because I hate that sticky feeling when you get dressed afterwards. This is a quick way to moisturize while still in the shower and my skin feels silky smooth by the time I towel off. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Garnier Fructis Damage Eraser - This mask has come up in my <a href="http://www.mspamblam.com/2015/03/product-empties-march-2015.html" target="_blank">March 2015 Empties</a>, <a href="http://www.mspamblam.com/2015/05/product-empties-may-2015.html" target="_blank">May 2015 Empties</a> and <a href="http://www.mspamblam.com/2016/06/product-empties-june-2016.html" target="_blank">June 2016 Empties </a> blog post. If you can't tell this is one of my most favorite hair masks! I did stop repurchasing it for a while as I was testing out some new ones but nothing compares to this. My hair always feel silky smooth after using it. This is getting more difficult to find so I bought a pack of 6 off of Amazon recently - so I'm good for a little while. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Guerlain L'or Pure Radiance Face Primer - This primer was also in my <a href="http://www.mspamblam.com/2016/12/november-favorites-2016.html" target="_blank">November 2016 Favorites</a> and yes this is still the same bottle. I still stand by this primer, it makes my skin look amazing and foundation just effortlessly glides over it. You only need a very small amount - as you can tell I haven't used a whole lot since November so even though it is expensive it will last you a while. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Becca Aqua Luminous Perfecting Foundation - This has been my go to foundation recently. I'm not a fan of the packaging as it is a dropper application but the actual foundation in the bottle is amazing. It is a sheer foundation that looks very natural and dewy. I find the color doesn't match me exactly so I mix in some Cover FX drops with it and the result is amazing. I always use this foundation when I know I'm going to be taking pictures as my skin looks airbrushed. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Drybar Triple Sec 3-in-1 - I've tried a lot of texture sprays and this one so far is my stand out product. It has just enough texture without leaving my hair feeling dirty and gritty. It does come out white but it doesn't leave a white cast in my darker roots. Plus it smells amazing!</div>
